PCA Alumni: Life Long Friends Who Love the DHS

Putnam Catholic Academy was founded by the Daughters of the Holy Spirit in 1928 and located in the Provincial House complex on Church Street in Putnam. Originally a boarding school for girls, the high school expanded over the years, moved to a new building on Maple Street and welcomed its first coed class in 1968. Over the years thousands of students profited from the wisdom and knowledge they acquired during their years at PCA and went on to live these values with their families, their colleagues, their friends and their civic and church communities. They remained faithful and proud of their alma mater and of the Sisters who taught them at this formative time of their lives. Reunions have been held each year for large and smaller groups who are always eager to know more about their “old teachers”. A large number of alumni may be counted among our faithful donors and supporters.

In recognition of the strong bonds that exist between the Alumni of PCA and the DHS we are happy to honor these grads as “partners” with us and key contributors to our success as academic leaders. Thank you and congratulations to our Putnam Catholic Academy Alumni and welcome to our Partnership Circle as you continue to help us transform vision into reality.
