The bright sunny and unusually warm 21st of October was perfect for Mary LaChance, coordinator of the annual Annhurst College Alumni Reunion, to visit the DHS Administrative Center and to present a check for $1,000.00 to the Sisters.
The gift, which has become a tradition for the Association, is offered on an annual basis and voted upon at the annual alumni gathering as a gesture of gratitude to the Daughters of the Holy Spirit for their service to the students throughout their years at the College.
Over 100 alumni attended the reunion this year and everyone raved about the wonderful moments they spent together on their old campus. More photos and comments may be found on the Annhurst Facebook page.
Mary presented the check for the Sisters to Dr. Françoise Gauthier, an Annhust grad herself who is currently the Development Director for the DHS in the USA.
