The Daughters of the Holy Spirit took advantage of the annual Sisters, Staff and Administration holiday luncheon to offer special thanks and congratulations to Mrs. Lea Rzeznikiewicz for her 30 years of dedication to the Sisters at the Provincial House.  Lea, who is multi-talented, has willingly served as a certified nursing aide, as arts and crafts director, activities planner, driver and homemaking enthusiast. In reality, Lea’s motto very well could be ‘have need for an activity?  Here I am’.

When asked if there were any times over these three decades that stand out for her, the faithful worker simply replied, “Not really. Each task was special. Working with and for the Sisters has been the important thing.”

Readers may well recall the article on line in early December explaining the flower creation project and the rock painting activity that the Sisters so enjoyed.

It is indeed an honor and a joy to publicly recognize Lea’s many contributions to our DHS Family over these many years. Thank you, Lea. We pray that the Spirit who gifted us with you 30 years ago continue to bless you abundantly as you continue to care for others so gracefully, professionally and faithfully.
